Customer service and food was great! Best quality chicken I have ever had at a Chinese Food place rather than than that mystery meat at every other place. Lady at the register was very friendly and upbeat.

At the first moment you enter this restaurant the personel give you a nice feeling. Very friendly waiters, it is a happy restaurant to pass time with your friends or with your date. enjoyable meals, experienced chief cook and stuff, decent price and nice service. Warmly recommended.

The last time we visited this restaurant was 20 years ago and we weren’t impressed then. However, now Hong Garden has really found its mojo. The atmosphere is classic 90’s decor except for the fantastic aquariums throughout the dining area. That wait staff is very friendly and helpful and the menu is extensive (as in most Chinese restaurants). Portions are sensible and the quality of the food is excellent, clearly a step up from the average Chinese American restaurant. BYOB. We will definitely add this to our local restaurant rotation!

Great menu options for family style

I've been coming here for over 10 years and the best thing would have to be the quality of the food and the fact that the restaurant has remained consistent in their quality. The staff is always so friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed, even when the place is packed for dinner. My favorite dish is their sesame chicken with this amazing homemade sauce that they make for it; it's sweet and it compliments the crispy chicken perfectly. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Their chicken or shrimp fried rice is delicious and so is their lo-mein.

This is the only Chinese restaurant in US I've been to - ever. So, I can only compare it to the ones I have been to in India - which is not right since the Chinese food consumed there is more spicier than real Chinese food is in truly Chinese way.But, I really enjoyed the hospitality at Hong Garden. Food was decent too. I particularly liked the tea quite a bit. I think I need to try the food a bit more to really appreciate it.

Quick service, good food and lunch specials

We have been getting take-out here for almost 10 years. Occasionally--when a new Chinese/Asian restaurant opens up in the area--we try a different place. But we always come back to Hong Garden. It's consistently excellent. It's also very reasonably priced. And the owner and staff are super friendly. Highly recommended!!!

This is absolutely one of the coolest restaurants in the neighborhood. Whenever I come to this place I am profoundly satisfied. They always keep their very high standard service and the highest level of cooking they serve. You surely will enjoy this this place. Warmly recommended.

Hong Garden good and has been for the years I've been come here. Employees are very friendly and I would call this the best Chinese in the area.

Excellent Chinese food and tea. Beautiful tea pots and a nice setting. The Crab Rangoon was especially good - the best I have had. The other dishes we had were also very good.

Food too plain. Same coated meat with a different sauce served for sweet and sour vs something else

Not sure if they just messed up our order or if the chicken & broccoli dish here does not have brown sauce like the rest of the Chinese restaurants I’ve ever ordered from before in my life. I was given chicken & broccoli with garlic sauce so that was a huge bummer and not what I was anticipating. My husbands sesame chicken was good. Did not give us enough rice with two entree sized dishes. Pretty disappointing first experience here, but we’ll give them another shot sometime for other dishes.

Been going to Hong Garden since I was a kid , I still stop by for takeout when I can , they are always friendly , the food is great , one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. I don’t have a bad thing to say , the Chicken with Long hots is the best.

Ate in for dinner, had many dishes (i.e. sesame chicken, general two's chicken just to name a few) were excellent. Serving staff was very friendly and help made it a great experience. My daughter's loved looking at the many fish tanks too. Had a lot of food to bring back home. I will come back to try the other dish I had in mind. My opinion: definitely worth a try!

This Chines Restaurant is very convenient for my family and I. The prices are low but still tastes like heaven. My favorite dish is probably the orange chicken. 1000000 out of 10.

They make absolutely the best Vegetable Fried Rice! Better than in Asian countries. Also, they will adjust the spice level to your individual tastes.

As a take-out type, I was initially put off by their prices for even simple dishes. After trying them a couple of times, I get it. I’m in!Remarkably fresh and quality ingredients (can’t say enough about that...) not only justifies the pricing, but their warm, efficient customer service and dedication to ensuring you are satisfied each and every time is certainly worth it for me. A seriously deep menu as well that is worth exploring.

This is the best Chinese food in the area. Been there twice & never been disappointed. Love their chicken with long peppers (super spicy). Reasonably priced & would definitely go here again.

I grew up in the area and have known the restaurant and the family that runs it for over 20 years. It's a great place.I can't remember how many meals I've had or ordered from there. I used to love the mushu pork as a kid. The mayo shrimp, the orange beef :').

Good service as always

This place is like a second home to me. I always loved their fried rice, soups, and General Tsos. The best ever!! They used to have brilliant saltwater aquariums at display until this one dumb kid who interned there put in the wrong chemicals and killed all the fish and coral, so now it's freshwater aquariums. In any case, the food was and will always be great.
